Patches.sg is an online custom patch supplier based in Singapore. We design and manufacture embroidered patches, PVC patches, woven patches, name badges, uniform patches, hat patches, clothing labels, and related custom products.
All orders are custom-made according to customer specifications. Because of this, specific terms apply to production, cancellations, and refunds.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Website
By using Patches.sg, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or
- You are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse service if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by Patches.sg are based on the specifications submitted, including size, quantity, embroidery coverage, backing type, border type, thread selection, and artwork complexity.
Prices may vary depending on:
- Design intricacy
- Thread coverage
- Material selection
- Urgency of production
- Special finishing requests
Quotations are valid for a limited time, as stated in the quotation email. We reserve the right to revise pricing if specifications change after the initial quote.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be communicated before final payment confirmation.
4. Order Confirmation and Proof Approval
Before production begins, we typically provide a digital proof or design mockup for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review:
- Spelling
- Colours
- Dimensions
- Placement
- Overall layout
Production will only begin once approval is received. Once approved, the design is considered final.
Patches.sg is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
5. Production and Delivery Timelines
Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity. Estimated turnaround times are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to:
- Design revisions
- Late proof approval
- Public holidays
- Courier disruptions
- Force majeure events
Delivery timelines provided by courier companies are estimates and not guaranteed. Patches.sg is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is generally required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment through secure payment gateways. Payment information is processed through third-party providers and is not stored directly on our servers.
Orders will not proceed to production until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.
7. Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, insignia, or branding materials, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the design, or
- You have proper authorisation to reproduce it.
Patches.sg is not responsible for verifying intellectual property ownership.
You agree to indemnify and hold Patches.sg harmless against any claims arising from copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes related to submitted designs.
Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to display non-confidential designs in our portfolio for demonstration purposes. If you require strict confidentiality, please inform us before production.
8. Order Changes
Changes to an order may be requested before production begins. However:
- Price adjustments may apply.
- Timeline extensions may occur.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
We will always attempt to accommodate reasonable requests, but modifications cannot be guaranteed after approval.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Because all products are custom-made, cancellation policies are strict.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty only if production has not started.
If production has already begun:
- A partial refund may be issued depending on the production stage.
- Costs incurred for digitising, materials, and labor will be deducted.
Once production is completed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Patches.sg based on work completed.
10. Refund and Return Policy
Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in thread shade
- Slight size deviations within industry tolerance
- Subjective dissatisfaction when proof was approved
However, we stand behind our workmanship.
If you receive products that are:
- Defective
- Significantly different from the approved proof
- Damaged during transit
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Supporting photographs and documentation may be required.
If a claim is verified, we may, at our discretion:
- Reproduce the order at no additional cost, or
- Provide a partial or full refund, or
- Offer store credit
Refunds will not exceed the original purchase value.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
11. Product Variations and Tolerances
As patch manufacturing involves stitching, cutting, molding, and finishing processes, slight variations may occur.
Acceptable tolerances include:
- Minor thread colour shade differences
- Slight measurement deviations
- Small alignment shifts
These are standard within the patch industry and do not constitute defects.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patches.sg shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Delays caused by third-party couriers
- Improper application of patches by customers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
13. Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website
- Interfere with website functionality
- Upload malicious software
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.
14. Force Majeure
Patches.sg shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Government restrictions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Labor shortages
- Technical failures
In such cases, timelines may be extended without liability.
